Profile: Chen Jinyang, male, born in October 1975 in Changchun City, Jilin Province. He obtained bachelor's degree in 1998, master's degree in 2001 and doctor's degree in 2006 from Jilin University. He is currently the director of the Criminal Law Department in Jilin University School of Law. He is also the vice president of the Crime Prevention Research Association of Jilin Law Society, the Deputy Secretary General of the Criminal Law Research Association of Jilin Law society, and the permanent expert of anti-corruption and rule of law research array of China Law Society.
