The strategic cooperation framework agreement between Jilin University School of Law and Law School of Hainan University was signed in Law School of Hainan University on 28 November.

Professor He Zhipeng ( Dean of Jilin University School of Law), Yu Bing, (Assistant Dean of Jilin University School of Law), Prof. Wang Qi, (Dean of Law School of Hainan University), Professor Ye Yingping, (Party Secretary of Law School of Hainan University), Professor Yan Erpeng, Professor Deng Hejun, relevant staff and students from Law School of Hainan University attended the signing ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Dean Wang Qi. Professor Wang introduced the history, organizational structure, academic faculty, talent cultivation, academic research, international exchanges and social services of Law School of Hainan University. He also expressed his willingness to strengthen the cooperation to seek development. Dean He Zhipeng exchanged views on the historical position, personnel training, scientific research and other related aspects of JLU School of Law.

Dean He Zhipeng and Dean Wang Qi signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on discipline construction and personnel training. Aiming at serving the national strategy, regional economic and social development, the agreement explores the establishment of an effective win-win mechanism.
